危機管理研修が全職員対象に行われました。

１．教育・保育施設で一番大切なこと
1. The most important thing in education · nursery facilities
① 子どもの命が守られること

② 子どもが、その子らしく、健やかに育つこと

③ 結果として、保護者も、安心して子育てできること

※日頃、現場で命と向き合う保育者にとって、最も大切で、最も常に意識しなければならないことを
改めて 研修で再認識させられました。
For kindergartners who face life at the workplace on a daily basis, what is most important
and most always aware of, I was re-recognized by training again.
初めて現場を経験する保育者も豊富な経験のある保育者も、初心を忘れることなく身を引き締めて
保育 子どもたちの大切な命に向き合っていきたいと思いました。
Child carers experienced in the field for the first time and caregivers with extensive

※土曜日の午後 ４時間の全体研修でしたが、職員一同がそれぞれに真摯に向き合い
実り多い有意義な時間を過ごす事が出来たと思います。
It was an overall training on Saturday afternoon of 4 hours,
but all the staff facing each other seriously I think I was able to have
a fruitful and meaningful time.
実践現場で研修で学んだことを心に刻み 子どもたちに溢れるばかりの愛情を注ぎつつ
保育者も学びの日々を過ごしながら、子どもたちをはぐくみ育ててていかれるように
子どもたちと共に成長したいと思いました。
While learning what you learned at the practical site in the mind,
pouring love overflowing to children, Child carers also spend their days of learning,
